Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Admission

  • Prospective trainees must complete and submit all required application forms and documents.

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the course fees and confirmation from the institute.

  • The institute reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet the necessary criteria.

2. Fees and Payment

  • Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the training program.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the institute under certain conditions.

  • Payment can be made through the accepted methods listed on the institute's website or enrollment documents.


3. Attendance and Participation

  • Trainees are required to attend all scheduled classes and sessions punctually.

  • A minimum attendance percentage is required to receive course completion certificates.

  • Absences must be communicated in advance, and make-up classes may be arranged at the discretion of the institute.

 

4. Conduct and Discipline

  •  Trainees must adhere to the institute’s code of conduct and behave respectfully towards instructors and peers.•  

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion.

  • Property damage or misuse of institute resources will incur penalties and require compensation.

5. Academic Integrity

  • Trainees are expected to uphold high standards of academic integrity, including honesty in assignments and exams.

  • Plagiarism, cheating, and other forms of academic dishonesty are prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

6. Course Content and Changes

  • The institute reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors as necessary.

  • In the event of significant changes, trainees will be notified in advance.


7. Certification and Assessment

  • Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all requirements.

  • Assessments may include exams, practical tests, and project work, depending on the course structure.

8. Use of Facilities and Equipment

  • Trainees are expected to use the institute’s facilities and equipment responsibly.

  • Any damage or loss of equipment due to negligence will be charged to the responsible trainee.


9. Health and Safety

  • Trainees must comply with all health and safety regulations while on institute premises.

  • The institute is not liable for any personal injuries or loss of personal property, except as required by law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • The institute is committed to protecting trainees' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.   

  • Personal information will be used solely for administrative and educational purposes.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • The institute reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary.

  • Any changes will be communicated to trainees in a timely manner.
