Strict No Refund Policy:
1. Course Cancellation by CITI:

• In the event that CITI cancels a course, students will be offered the option to transfer to another course or reschedule for a future date. No refunds will be provided.

2. Student-Initiated Cancellation:

• Before Course Commencement:

  • If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment before the course start date, the paid fees can be adjusted towards another course or rescheduled for a future date. No refunds will be provided.

• After Course Commencement:

  • Once the course has commenced, no refunds or fee adjustments will be provided.

3. Exceptional Circumstances:

• In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, CITI may consider rescheduling the course on a case-by-case basis. Appropriate documentation will be required.

Process for Requesting an Adjustment:
1. Submit a Request:

• To request an adjustment, please submit a written request to our administration office or email us at info@cosmostrg.com. 

• Include your name, contact information, course details, and the reason for the adjustment request.

2. Review and Approval:

• Our team will review your request and notify you of the decision within 7 working days.

• Approved adjustments will be processed within 14 working days of the approval notice.

• Any bank or transaction charges incurred during the adjustment process will be the responsibility of the student.

• CITI reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
