Eligibility for Refunds:
1. Course Cancellation by CITI:

  • If CITI cancels a course, students are eligible for a full refund of the course fees.

2. Student-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Before Course Commencement:

    • If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment before the course start date, the paid fees can be adjusted towards another course or rescheduled for a future date. No refunds will be provided.

  • After Course Commencement:

    • Once the course has commenced, no refunds or fee adjustments will be provided.

Process for Requesting a Refund:
1. Submit a Request:

  • To request a refund, please submit a written request to our administration office or email us at info@cosmostrg.com.

  • Include your name, contact information, course details, and the reason for the refund request.

2. Review and Approval:

  • Our team will review your request and notify you of the decision within 7 working days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the approval notice.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

  • Any bank or transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • CITI reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
