• Clause 5: Leadership and Worker Participation
• Clause 6: Planning (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Objectives)
• Clause 7: Support (Resources, Competence, Communication)
• Clause 8: Operation (Operational Control, Emergency Preparedness)
• Clause 9: Performance Evaluation (Monitoring, Internal Audit, Management Review)
• Clause 10: Improvement (Nonconformity, Corrective Actions, Continual Improvement)

Day 3: Audit Concepts & Planning
• Understanding Audit Types: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Party
• Auditing Principles from ISO 19011:2018
• Auditor and Lead Auditor Responsibilities
• Audit Planning: Objectives, Scope, and Criteria
• Preparing Audit Checklists and Schedules

Day 4: Audit Execution & Reporting
• Conducting Opening Meetings
• Gathering and Verifying Objective Evidence
• Interviewing and Observation Techniques
• Identifying Nonconformities and Opportunities for Improvement

• Preparing Audit Reports
• Follow-Up and Corrective Action Planning
