  • Clause 8: Operation (control of risks, emergency preparedness)

  • Clause 9: Performance evaluation

  • Clause 10: Improvement (nonconformity, incident investigation)

Module 4: Fundamentals of Internal Auditing

  • Types of audits (first, second, third-party)

  • Principles of auditing – ISO 19011:2018

  • Role of internal auditors in OHS performance improvement
