About Course:

Medical coding is the process of transforming descriptions of medical diagnoses, procedures, services, and equipment into standardized alphanumeric codes. These codes are used in healthcare systems for various purposes, including billing, record-keeping, and data analysis. The codes are derived from medical documentation such as physician's notes, lab results, and radiology reports.
